HLD Group aims to make public web content accessible to people with disabilities, targeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practicable.

• Sufficient colour contrast for text and controls
• Alt text for meaningful images
• Captions or transcripts for essential video where published

3. Known limitations

Some third-party embeds may not meet our target. Legacy PDFs are being remediated. Contact us for accessible formats.
